P1000 Pioneer 1000 dual battery install

Im searching on here for a diagram for a dual battery install. I have a 21 SE and I think If I had a diagram to look over I could do it myself. I just can't seem to find one. Point me in the right direction, thanks!!

You might select an Odyssey Extreme battery. (PC925). I wanted to use that on my 2022 Pioneer 1000-5 but it’s too large to fit the new models. Our “Battery Well” measures:
6 1/2” wide
5 1/4” deep
4 1/2” tall

THE ODYSSEY EXTREME measures:
6 1/2” long
7” wide
5” high

If anybody knows the correct battery for a 2023/2023, please let me know!!!

A lot of people on the forum are using the Mighty Max Battery ML26-12 and that fits fine.

Mighty Max ML26-12

Dimensions are: 4.92" x 6.54" x 6.89" You should still have free space above the top of the battery well.

I have a 2022 Forest Edition 1000-5 and just used the Mighty Max YTX30L-BS (12v/30AH) and it fits fine. I also made a custom "firewall" to use as a mount for the main relay, lighting relays and accessory fuse box. Still have a bit of tidying up the wires, but this is the best shot I have at the moment.

Good Job on the fire wall... I enjoy this site and all of the creativity. I wouldn't do the firewall but I really like the idea and craftsmanship! Well Done!
