Check out the Talon 1000 X tie rods vs the Pioneer 1000's.
They are a lot beefier and feel very good and strong.

The Talon is a 3 piece set vs the 2 piece on the Pioneer.

The Talon rod is just a threaded pipe. With reverse threads on one end.

The wheel side ball seems to be about the same size as the Pioneer. It is also stright.

The steering side ball is alot bigger. And the rack side bolt meshes so I'm 99.9% sure it's the same.

No, Sorry. They will not interchange. That was my reasoning for having them actually.

The Talon X set is about 2 inches longer then the Pioneer.

However. If anyone knows someone that can reverse thread a pipe. A shorter rod can then be made and they should work as tested with a set of SATV arms in a Pioneer.

Guess I could cut and weld them back together to proper length.

Are you saying the inners are left hand thread?
Are the inners and outer interchangeable side to side?

Maybe with these being straight vs offset like the Pioneer. It may not fit a 14" rim at full left or right. Tie rod could interfer with rim.

Another pic.

As for fitting because steight. Idk. Honda says that's why theirs are curved to clear the wheel. I says the curve is why they are bending so easy.C9ff8dcdf2b95e2897dc7a6e312a0e5a

So the pipe is pretty much like an ATV tie rod so they can be adjusted in or out.

Yes.
Pioneer could too. Just your turning the inner ball.

True, but the P1K was just screwing in and out of the outer tie rod end. Whereas ATVs are lengthening or shortening themselves by screwing into an inner and outer tie rod at the same time.

Talon is doing the same thing except the pipe in the middle is the reverse of an atv tie rod.

So the tire rods on the talon are bigger, I wonder if the stearing box has been beefed up also or if it’s the same as the pioneer?
