I’m not following the reasoning on why one would want to do this at all…

Maybe I’m missing something but the reverse in my ‘20 Talon X4 seems plenty high strung compared to my ‘18 P1k5’s reverse gearing.

It helps with people running bigger tires. mostly for mudd. Big thing here in Floriduh where more people buy to use as a swamp buggy

Ok I can see that…the reverse in my Talon with 32” tires is pretty marginal IMO, but I’d be comparing it to my P1k5 that still has the stock size on it which really isn’t fair either I guess.

Here’s a thread back in the days on this I found.
