P500 Pro Armor 4 speaker Soundbar. ..won't turn off

Pulled in lastnite..from pallet fire in desert
pushed power button..to shut down
......nothing.
got pissed....cut power wire. ...
will check it out....today
......think it's still under warranty. ....

Went out...with a coffee
.....spliced power wire
......together....
soundbar..turned on...
& off...
who f--kin knows.....
Have it wired (HARD)
to battery...so can listen
to tunes....without key on..
..gonna hook up to harness
...that will eliminate. ..
power off & on....button...
have it come on...with key
....all other functions. ..are made
with mp3 player. ..
hope this solves problem....
any suggestions are welcome

You could leave it hard wired just put a fused power switch in line. That's how I have mine set up.

Hard wired.....to battery...have it
going through...fused power block....
....to me..seems the button is the problem...
power button...push once....turns on...goes
to Bluetooth mode...blue light flashes..
push power button..again...goes to mp3
mode....
Want it to..turn on..in correct mode for me
.....without touching buttons...

Hooked to accessories harness...
so shuts off...turns on...with key
....but when turns on..it's in Bluetooth
mode....so do have to hit button once
to get to MP3 mode.
least it will shut down.....with key

I have mine wired to the harness so it won't work with key off. I have to push my power button after turning key on, it won't just come on. I have an ipod nano plugged into mine and if I just turn the key off without powering down the system, it will lose it's place and go back into random play. If I turn off the stereo and then shut off the P5, everything works fine. Sounds like it may be the switch.

I leave mine on shuffle
....once powered up
all controls done from MP3

Curious, do you get the sub amp thump when you power on or off? It can usually be eliminated in car stereos by adjusting the gains on the amps. I'm pushing this little tube sub though, to get all I can out of it, I have the gain almost maxed. I hate it but not much I can do about it.
So how does that shallow mount sound? It has to help give it some bottom end?

Yes..get the 3 sec delay
thump...powering up the amp
makes a big difference trig
I'm about 3/4 up...on tuning it...
a little buzz..vibration
to enhance my soundbar..
I'm happy with it...& the mount

I'd still consider adding one of those if I could fit it under the seat. Might sound a little tighter in my system for mid/bass. Would be an easy install too. That one's too big though huh?

The reviews...said
underseat...caused it to heat up
...& shut down...
that's why I put it...where I did
...adding the spacers..for air flow
......this summer will be the test
...... .....under seat..on p5...is
alot of heat...then heat from
amp....might not be...good idea
