NEED SOME HELP!!! I bought this pioneer in pieces and rebuilt the engine. I can’t get the clutch to initialize. One all of the pics I’m in park at operating temp. I haven’t messed with these enough to know if the numbers are good or not seeing if someone can help me out that has experience with this. The one that says brake switch stays on zero the entire time I don’t know if it is referencing the actual brake pedal but when I press it my tail lights come on. When I go to put it from Park into any gear the machine stalls out and shut off. I have a new clutch pack in on the 135 gears as well as all new O-rings on the shaft.
This is me using the PV3 for clutch initialization. You can see EOP2 fluctuating but EOP1 stays at 45.9 psi. I’m going to swap shift solenoids and pressure sensors to see if the problem follows. Does anybody else have any other ideas?

Orings on the input shaft? Square cut special teflon seals goes on the input shaft. The center gear hub uses orings where the clutch packs press on. Got to make sure the inner hub on 135 pack gets seated all the way before putting the cover on. The book shows the measurement of the input shaft sticking out to make sure its seated. Check the 3 sensor connections under the clutch.

I'd try initializing the clutch thru the dash like it says in the Honda manual. Outside sources of electronics could mess with its brain. Also, as you rebuilt engine make sure all three engine grounds are hooked up and tight. This critter only works when it has all the grounds working. The die syndrome sounds familiar, before I found 2 grounds loose from the factory.
