P500 Quick Shield install

Q. Just received my Quickshield. Stuck a heat reflective foil backing on one side. Getting ready to "install" it, but although this is supposed to be a custom cut & fit, I'm finding the slots and holes don't seem to line up with anything 520.
Did you have to do your own alteration by cutting, etc.???

Keep at it. I have one on my 520. Things will line up. I did trim some of the material behind the seat though.

Instead of climbing it up the seatbacks, you laid it all the way across and cut out for the dump-bed catches? Hmmmm
Maybe I'll do that too. I applied the 36" X 48" heat reflective foil to the back. That should help. If not, I'm only out $15.00

Yup! Got it, and installed it yesterday. Had to trim around the dump-bed sides a bit but it is in and I'm happy.
