Hi guys,
A barn rat chewed on a couple wires underneath the front seat of my P1k5. Now it turns over but there is no spark. Honda dealership wanted 7k to replace the whole loom, which I can’t afford. Can somebody recommend any pin terminal tools that I can use to pull the wires out of the plugs? Thanks for any advice.

Something as simple as one of these should help. If that's the only place they got to it then I definitely wouldn't spend the money on a new harness. The hardest part when rats/mice get in there is figuring out what/where the damage is.

Good luck 🤞

If just the insulation is chewed through and not the wires you can use liquid tape to cover the chewed areas, then put electrical tape over the entire thing. Just make sure all exposed wires are thoroughly covered with the liquid tape first and the liquid tape has completely dried.
For the cut wire it looks like you could just connect the wires back together. I would solder them for the best connection, shrink tube, and cover it with electrical tape. The blue cut wire looks a little short but looks like there is enough there to solder back together.

You are going to need a good set of crimpers and a small flat blade screwdriver to remove pins. Think small, like jewelry flat head. I haven't depinned an ecm connector. @Hondasxs Might have pins available, or put together pins with 12-18" of wire extension on it.

My motorcycle had a mouse nest in it. My electrician friend was able to easily fix it for me. I should get some genuine Honda rodent proof electrical tape on it but it’s $50 a roll.

A squirrel disabled my friend's 4Runner chewing the wires. The Toyota shop recommended the rodent tape.
It's expensive.
