I was cleaning up and noticed my recovery bag.
I got the bag when I bought a cordless drill from Milwaukee.

Two cans of slime
20 foot recovery strap (with loops)
30 foot recovery strap (with loops)
30 foot recovery strap (with hooks)
50 foot of rope
¾” shackle
Snatch block
Plug kit

Simple and neat.

The synthetic winch ropes are fairly cheap, light, compact and 50' long. That makes them handy when space is at a premium.

I think thats just to much stuff for that little bag so I think you should just give it to me.

I use an Huskey bag from HD stuffed into the footwell space for the rear seats on my 1000-5. I can retrieve by opening the door so as long as I don't need anything from their is I end up on that side I am good:D
While the bag is not advertised as water proof the outside has been soaked and the inside still dry. I imagine if you dropped it in a creek and sank it to the bottom it would eventually take on water but short of that you are probably pretty good. I I have two more shackles on the front of my honda and one on the back + I have a soft shackle somewhere.

I carry a similar setup except I have 3 shackle and no 3” strap. I do carry a 50’ winch rope extension though. I also carry a small bag in my footwell on the drivers side just like @Ragnar406
