should work good.hydo dipped works if you don't Go through brush that rubs and if you do, then go with the vinyl wrap.but both will look like carp after time like Rocmar said.

I'm wondering if I shouldn't just leave it green...?

No matter what color, the look of the P5 is no show winner. I've been working on the look of this machine since I got it. In the middle of another look change now. If you thought the snake face was over the top...

stripped..to stock...& wat I got now
....way different look...
IMO...the sporty Honda roof
..does alot...

The soft top's and the EMP's look way sportier than the hard top, IMO. Even after loading these things with accessories, there are 3 areas that still make it look utility. The roof because it's up too high, the front wheel wells for the same reason and the sides being open without a full door.

The angle of the roof I have
...adds a sportier look..to me
...I was aware of the look I could
achieve. ..& I'm happy with it...
Big opening bench seat....to slide
..in..not crawl in.....big..plus
ITP wheels...help with a
better look...IMO....
no doubt to me...dressed up..is
a way better look.....
soft top....is temporary. ..
sun/ branches= Trashed...
big black box..totally. ..Utility..
everybody got there on deal....
& vision..for there p5.....
so dress it up...one things for...
sure...You will get there....LAST...

You have the Honda hard plastic roof like the rest of us don't you? Have you modified it in some way? Getting in and out without full doors is easier, just doesn't look as appealing. Not much can be done with the front wheel wells without some serious modifications. I'm hoping to get this thing put back together this week.

Yes..Honda hard plastic...
roof mods...I did mount
amp..to roof..on inside...put
RV Porch light...& red eagle eye
lights on back...of roof

...For trailriding....in this desert.

I know this is kind of funny and I don't think I can allow myself to do it but, a neighbor gave me an extra partial chunk of horse stall matting so I could start a base on my cargo rack when I got the silly idea to see if it would fit up top. Low and behold; the Redneck Roof! This thing is by no means light but it could offer durable protection if nothing else was available. It could work but since I already ordered my Camo Bimini, we won't go there. I will cut a base for a storage box of sorts though. I'd imagine it'll offer some dampening qualities if I make a kennel back there for the 4 legged family member. If anyone likes the redneck roof, you can buy a 4x6' sheet from any feed and seed store for around $30.

Another thought would be to make it wrap down over the back and make a rear wall with a cutout window......brain never stops.....
