I just received my registration sticker in the mail and realize I have no clue what to do with it? Where are y’all putting yours at or are they really needed?

I think the one for my ATV and the SXS are in my gun safe with the titles. I'm not sure I've ever even seen a machine with it on there in LA.

I have been told that here in Arkansas they are needed on your machine if you ride in the National Forrest and get checked by the ranger.

In Oklahoma we put them on the upper steering column cover, right under the Flux Capacitor.

My CO, UT and AZ stickers came with drawings showing where they belong. Colorado goes on the left front quarter, UT and AZ go on the left rear quarter.

Say what?? News to me! As far as I knew, one can install a whip flag and drive 25mph on FM's but nothing more.

You only need the sticker if you’re on public lands or if the vehicle is street legal and will be driven on public roads here in Louisiana

Where do I put it on the bike if I go on public land? I know some states have specific locations they want the stickers.

I put mine on the rear fender when I had my ATV. Not sure on a SxS.

I put mine on the rear fender. If you get checked it makes it faster and easier for them to verify that it’s not stolen.....I hunt public land, the game wardens are always on the lookout for stolen machines
