Trails update for the Brushy Mountain ride for Friday 9/25. I just took a group today from Alabama, 16 machines total from RRB to Eternal Flame, Brushy Mountain Pennetentiary, New River Train via a new loop I haven't done before, all TWRA trails (No Windrock) 120 miles total. There is only 3 miles in 2 sections with some really rocky climbs and sketchy rain washes (flop on your side if not careful). @lee and any P500 this would be very challenging, and I can change route, but adds more blacktop road. Only had one machine do so today a Talon 1000R ( pretty sure wobble pop involved). Anyway was a great ride, takes about 5.5 hrs there and 2.5 hrs back.

Had 2 P1K5LE, 1 Talon 1000R, 1 Talon 1000X, rest brand X rubber band mobiles. Would have had 17 machines but a 2021 KRX 1000 with less than 200 miles blew its clutch the night before, so much for that's machines superiority. Que the team green cheerleaders.

So now it looks like I'll be having two more machines & riders joining me. The first is a guy I was in the Navy with dog years ago, who will bring a Commander. The second is my son, who I had no idea owned a P500 until I sent him a pic in June of my new P1000-5.

Just checked the long range forecast for Pioneer Tenn.
Looks like perfect weather leading up to a p500 ride, no need to fill up the mud puddles.
For all the things a p500 is good for, medium size ruts and deeper are not on that list.

Not sure if possible but has anyone put harnesses in the back seats on 1000-5? If so where did you buy them?

You definitely can do it. You have to buy a harness bar first that will mount between the ROPS Bars and then whatever harness you like.

For the back seats you don't "need" a harness bar. You can loop the strap around the top part of the seat frame
