Anyone tried one of these?

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076KJD588/?tag=sxsweb24-20

I'm considering dumping the 40" and the cubes for just one of these, I think the 40" is overkill for me and the flood cubes are more of a spot light at 15-20 feet than I'd prefer
That looks like a pretty neat concept. Hopefully with that many extra bulbs it won't overheat. I love how cheap LED lights are these days.

I have this one in my list and it looks the same as the one you reference https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076KK8RH3/_encoding=UTF8?tag=sxsweb24-20

I bought some cubes that are a combo Spot /Flood and those suckers are bright - they have a good flood and an almost to defined Hotspot for the spot - but they light it up for the price. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074XGXCVN/?tag=sxsweb24-20

Interested to see how it does for you should you order

While I had the welder out I finally finished up my rear winch mount. I needed to weld on the lower tabs that anchor it either side of the receiver before I really put any real pull on it.

Cleaned it up and sprayed a fresh coat on it too.

I am more of a grinder than a welder.

No I went and got a couple of 1000 watt halogen lights to warm things up, while I worked on the mudroom storage I’ve been promising the wife for 2 years.

I wonder what I could have POSSIBLY been working on instead????

Needed a place to put my phone for music and GPS once the windshield is gone.

I picked up two of these weldsble ROPS clamps for another purpose but what I wanted to do wouldn’t fit where I wanted it to go.

We just upgraded our Delorme inreach to the Garmin version since my FIL wanted the Delorme, so it’s mounted up too.

My phone just wasn’t liking the lighting. If you need better pics I can retake them when I get home in a day or so.

I'm considering putting a 2" strongmade lift on my pioneer and taking an equivalent amount of preload out of the FOX shocks to improve the spring rates. I would set the ride height back to factory ride height. Does this make sense or am I gonna be wasting my money?

@snuffnwhiskey you think it'd improve the ride?

Does the SATV lift work with Fox shocks? Seems like I saw somewhere that it didn’t.

SuperATV does not fit.
I messaged StrongMade to see if it fits. Theoretically it should it moves the bottom of the shocks IN about ¾ of an inch but we will see.

I don’t think the strongmade lift works with Super ATV. I believe @Flgator_80 tried last week and was unsuccessful.

I also get what you are doing. @nbomar wanted to avoid a lift but in the end had the preload turned up so high that it made more sense to go with lift and let the shocks work better.

But I don’t know how much preload you are at now

Fudamentaly it doesn’t work. Your spring is compressed X amount to support Y load. After you add a lift kit the spring will still be compressed X amount but now you have moved the range the knuckle travels in.

More stress on the drive line and no change in spring rate.

(X and Y is engineer speak for stuff you wouldn’t understand if need to ask)
