Yea, I wished they had just improved on this model rather than changing the housing when they changed models.Amazon has a new one for 240
I like the XE because it can be powered and still be waterproof

I am sure the 360 cameras will be great but for now I can’t get used to it
Good catch! I bet that would be razor sharp after rubbing for a hundred miles.View attachment 63211 During cleanup from riding yesterday I noticed the SuperATV a-arms JUST rub the inner beadlock at full lock. I took a grinder to the under rim and cleaned the sharp edge off. Then hit the SATV arm and took about 3/16 of an inch off that corner and now there’s plenty of clearance at full lock.

First time I ran 30s I was reading 58 and 67 gps. With more to go. It was scary at that speed. Now I've got power commander and exhaust it may just hit 70.Had a few mins to mess around today.
Got the first speed run in since I put the Blackwaters on. On the dash I could only get 61mph out of her but the Drive60 GPS I have for trail maps and my VIRB XE(card messed up and wouldn’t record) not said 68mph which is about right considering the stock tires were 25.25” at 12psi and the Blackwaters are 28.5” at 8psi.(measured on the machine)
1:1.128 ratio change.
That’s with a full windshield on. I’m wondering what it’s going to be in the spring with no windshield.
I like it, it’s not as wound up at 55 GPS speed / 48 on dash.

I was on an old railroad bed ! But 60 is more than plentyOh its plenty but wasn’t scary... on of the tires is bad out of balance but I don’t really care how often am I at any kind of speed for more than a mile, I may take them to a tire shop and have them balanced.
I don't like the glass beads for balance (or the home remedy bb's or snake oil eggs).
Have not tried it yet but something like this goes in my truck next time the mud tires need balanced.
Rubber granules stick to the insides of the tire but shake lose and redistribute if there is any vibration.

If I ever get spunky and decide taking a beadlock loose is a good idea I may try that.
If I were keeping my truck I’d get some and put in my tires.
I’m using centramatics on my dually. The original expense is high, but I just leave them on there and never rebalance again.

I had a jacked up Chevy with 35" tires. Went to Wal-Mart and bought 4 jars of the plastic air soft pellets. Dumped one in each tire and it worked fantastic!I don't like the glass beads for balance (or the home remedy bb's or snake oil eggs).
