Already been looking at that. The hardest sell was the seat that I was going to attach to the rear platform for my wife. Got one of those "1,000 yard" stares. Didn't know if she was contemplating divorce or murder. She hasn't come down off of her hormone rush, yet, so I'm gonna have to ease this by her. Fortunately, the pup will keep her distracted for awhile. Maybe. I hope. Sh%t, I'm gonna die. Ha!

A seat on the rear rack? Like granny from national lampoons vacations put her o the roof rack on the station wagon, if so you are just asking for it. LMAO.

I like that idea. I thought I saw something that I could use on Amazon. (My wife is gonna kill me.) This might have to be a winter project, anyway. Surely I can justify heat during an AK winter, right guys?

I'm looking forward to seeing the end results. I'm looking at Amazon right now. Are you planning to use a spring latch, or a camming system? Either way, I want to see the pics. This may be a shop project for my welding class. Ha!

Ended up with the seats fitting so snug only the front frame hook is used in the OEM P500 location in conjunction with the 4 point restraints. The 4pt. restraints mount immediately off each bottom corner and through the headrest, there is nowhere for the seat to go. I've run about 40 miles with the bucket seats in solo and the passenger seat stay put without the belts even being tight. End result for me, I am very happy how it turned out.

Thanks! I'm done messing with this unit got it like I wanted it for my purpose of narrow trail riding. Can't wait to and the P1K-5D to the stable, got much bigger plans for it as my "Smokey Mountain Cadillac" might even get ignorant with some LED "mood lighting" after knocking out the serious stuff. LMAO
