P500 Reupholstering seats

Has anyone reupholstered their seats to match the the color of their machine? I'm looking for the measurements to get the right amount of fabric(soft vinyl) ordered so I can have it done. Mines in storage for the winter atm so I can't get to it. Any info would be great. THANKS

Ok just talked to my friend who is an upholsterer and he ordered my fabric to redo my seats in red to match the color of the pioneer. Hopefully can get them done in about 3 weeks. Will post pics when done. Has anyone painted the head rests? If so what has worked as far as paint?

You might find an upholstery shop and ask them to make seat cover for you out of neoprene, they would just stretch over the existing seat bottom and back in a snug form fitting fashion. They could then be removed for cleaning, etc.

I'll post pics soon. Very good seat overs. Downside there for the 700, they'll do the 1000 if someone would let them borrow it. They also make seat covers for the 500. All custom. There is a coupon somewere for I believe 20.00 off.
