P700 Shock length and type

Hello 700ers! I'm trying to lower my 1000 a couple inches to suit my specialized use and I have no idea what type of suspension a 700 has. Is it coil spring over shock? Struts? Anyone know the length? I know it's a shot in the dark but I figure I may luck out and have all this fit. Thanks!

Its the same as the 1000 but itll drop it about 2-2.5 inches and be a little rougher. 1 thing you could try is the strong made lift and put it on backwards. Aka instead of shock towards frame on the strong made shock towards tire. Which should drop it about 2.5 -3 inches.

Sounds like he's closer than I am but if it falls thru let me know. My bike is a 2020 700-4 deluxe with 300 miles on it

Could one of you guys measure the length from center to center eyelets on front and rear as they are installed on the machine please? And I'll measure mine so we can see the difference if it'll even work. Thx. Gimme a day or two to measure, out of town thx.
