P500 Snow tire recommendation

Thanks but I would like to avoid chains.
Just looking for best traction in snow. There's not alot of info on here as far as that goes. Folks like their mud around here.

Been very pleased with 27x11x12 Kenda Bear Claw HTR (Radials) with 5-2 rims on mine. Great all year round traction, ride and handling. I use a KFI mount with KFI 66” blade for snow ploughing and it works great. Thought it would be on the toy end of the spectrum but I was totally mistaken. I think if I installed chains I’d damage stuff, trying to push too much snow. Thing is when you are at the limit it spins out which is probably a good thing, with greater traction (chains) I’d probably mash axles and bend the blade pushing too much or into s***.

29x11x14 all around was great on the p-1000. And the wolverine is even better being lighter. The p-500 would be a beast in snow with these.

Any of the bighorn knock offs work great too like GBC Dirt Tamer and the SunF variant.

Chains work ok, but they are worthless in deeper snow and are speed limiting. They can also tear the crap out of your yard.

Well I think I saw one post saying snow tended to pack into the treads of the Bighorns but I will consider them because so many love them for all around use.

I have been researching the crap out of tires. Snow abilities is a major concern for me. I will plow with mine but also love driving in the snow probably even more so than driving in dirt. From the countless hours I have spent reading forums and reviews i'd say the Bighorns get the most praise as a good snow tire.

Can't go wrong with Big Horns, lots of knock offs have tried to copy that tread pattern and for good reason. They have a great mix of flotation and traction, making them a perfect all around tire for the midwest. Decent in mud/rocks and great for snow/sand. I run the 2.0's on the P5 because they're lighter but still carry a six ply rating and are radials. Have ran different sizes and set ups and have never had a tire issue in 4 1/2 yrs.

<<i had my bighorns on our frozen lake after the snow melted off and froze to just ice.they gripped really well,until i tried to do high speed turns,anyways,but all things considered they were doing really well.they really are an all around great tread for all purpose riding,even snow.

Apparently it depends on the snow, out west here in New Mexico the Bighorns pack and I’m finished. They do not clean out. And I don’t know what’s better as I don’t want to spend 6-8 hundred on something else only to be disappointed. Waiting for some locals to chime in.

I'm running BH 2.0 in the 27x11-12 all four corners. They are actually 27.75 when new. My P500 is VERY hard to keep up with in the snow.
