I just purchased a Tusk 66" from Rocky mountain .ATV. Gr8 folks to deal with. It's not uncommon for us to get 18" overnight . I wil! Let you know how it works.
I have a tusk subzero 60” plow from Rockymountainatv.com. It’s built pretty solid and was easy to install. If u have a large area to plow I would go with the 66” tho.
I just added a new KFI 66” steel plow and mount to go with my recently added KFI 3500 winch. Easy install and really recommend, due in large part to KFI mount. Research says 60” or 66” is good size for p500. No opinion on steel vs poly, but I won’t plow a lot here in Idaho and use a 72” steel plow at my cabin, with no complaints, so stayed with steel.
Poly plows are slightly heavier because of the extra bracing needed. Poly plows do shed snow off the blade better though. I’ve had both, there isn’t a wrong choice.
I work at a welding shop, and I prefer steel because it’s easier to fix when something breaks.
I went with a Viper Max 3500 winch and a Denali Pro 66" plow. Both purchased form the HondaSxS Store. No complaints at all. Like @Hondasxs said, the Pro rolls the snow off to the side. Send @Hondasxs a PM and he will give you a customer quote on a plow/winch package.
6 to 8 inches with drifts yesterday 02/16/21. Today there's another 4 inches and it's still coming down. I'll get started on it a little later today. Warn Pro Vantage blade. I'm completely satisfied with this setup. Purchased it from my Honda Dealer.
