Don’t think he is pigtailing, looks like a new connector with the inner crimp connectors.Do not use "Crimp" connectors that is a recipe for disaster. They will break at the crimp, sooner or later. There is only one proper way to attach a new pigtail, that is solder the joints and insulate with high quality heat shrink. Use rosin core solder, not acid core. Use .032 Multicore or silver bearing solder. Also clean that plunger and the bore of the throttle body to remove ANY signs of dirt, varnish or carbon.
