I realize now that there is no end to the mods. Every time I get on this forum y'all give me a new idea. I'm not done yet but thought I'd share some of the nice add-ons I've done so far.

My ten year old son was out in the shop with me last night and said, "Dad why can't you buy these new with all the cool stuff on them?" Lol! That wouldn't be nearly as fun!!

I'll post pics of each mod below...

Replaced the warning label with a piece of aluminum covered with a carbon fiber wrap. It is water jet cut to mount the Bluetooth stereo, two volt meters (one for each battery) and 8 rocker switches.

For the lower panel I had another piece of aluminum water jet cut to mount the rugged radio vhf and the thermostat for the blower fan under the seat.

Installed door storage pockets and leg pads. I think they are made for the RZR but fit fine on the pioneer. A bonus feature is that they keep a little bit of back pressure on the doors and eliminate the rattle.

Under the hood there is a second battery, an isolator, a new bussman fuse and relay box and two amps. It's a tight fit but it works. I may need to install another blower fan under the hood to keep the amps cool. Still not sure.

Like the radio cut out - are you able to hear the speaker from there or do you have another speaker run somewhere else.

Installed kicker 4" speakers in the dash under the cup holders on each side. Hung kicker 5" tube speakers above the rear seats.

Where did you get your roof vent and how well does it work?

It's pretty loud but I haven't put it to the test yet. I'll let you know. I may invest in the water proof rugged radios remote speaker and mount it on the rollcage under the roof.

Wow! Nice work. Want to be my friend? I'll let you hang with me in Alabama for a weekend.

Installed vents in the roof hoping it would help create a positive pressure inside the cab and eliminate some of the dust. Haven't tested yet.
