P1000 Spark plug wire

witch wire goes were on a pioneer 1000 5 does the top wire go on the front one and the bottom one goes to the closes spark plug?

The front one means closest to the front seat And the long wire has no protector on it

Anyone have part number for plug wires? Ive replaced battery, spark plugs, iacv fuel pump and still having some sputtering.
