P500 Steering Wheel Off-Center

I recently installed the Tusk EPS and tried to keep the steering wheel as close to center as possible. After the install I noticed that the steering wheel is off-center about one hour. Yesterday I tried to re-align the steering wheel by removing it and installing it straight. This was not possible, even though the spines on the steering shaft appear to all be the same. Now I am off an hour in the other direction. . I am wondering if I just need to loosen up the steering shaft assy and make the adjustment there. Someone recommended adjusting the tie-rods. I really don't want to mess with the alignment. any suggestions would be grateful.

Yeah, loosen the shafts and do it that way. Messing with the tie rods will shorten your turning limits.

Agree, re install the shaft splines and fine tune with steering wheel splines if needed. I had to do the same.
