P1000 stuck in 1 gear

I own a 2016 Pioneer 1000, it is stuck in 1st gear. Wont shift with auto or manual. Is there a procedure to reset computer?

Sounds like it’s in limp mode. Any codes? Is the one flashing ?

do you know if your getting power to the shift motor ???. Also there is that hexagonal shaft right next to the shift motor that you can turn manually and shift into neutral.

How is it blinking. Long short. Long = 10 short =1. For example one long three short is a code 13. That may give you a number code That will help narrow it down more info will help these guys diagnose it.
