My 1.5" wheel spacers arrived today. They seem very well made. I used red loctite so I hopefully have no issues with them coming lose. My only concern is how much more vulnerable the axle boots, brake lines, ect are now. I think im gonna have to add some protection. Anyone else had any issues after adding spacers?

I put SuperATV 1.5" spacers on the rear of my machine and very happy with them. I used Loctite as well and after 20 rough miles no issues. I only have them on the rear and have seen no issues things being more vulnerable.

Thanks, it's especially noticeable on the front, looks like almost the entire brake caliper is out in the open now. Probably be fine, just thought I'd check to see if anyone had any issues.

might help keep mud, rocks, and dirt from packing in the brake pads making them last longer. I went cheap and figured most of the weight and in turn stability advantage is on the rear, so biggest bang for buck was adding to rear only. curse of being an engineer.

Have a Rancher with 900 miles on it with original brakes and my P500 with 280 needs new front pads. Front pads down to metal.

Did you need a thin-walled socket to install the spacers or did a normal one fit?
