I usually order them in a 10 pack off ebay. Usually cheaper than 1 from a dealer, good to have a few around.

Those are just well nuts behind there, so it's possible the rubber is just spinning. You could try prying up on the screw while turning.
Nailed it! Mine did the same. I removed the other screw and then pulled on the light assembly while turning screw with a cordless driver.

Yeah, pretty much whatever drastic measure you have to take is no big deal because you'll just need a new screw and well nut.
