Just start it and let it warm up and shut it off for a while... that’s what I did.

That sounds good. 2018 le 5 is 18195 plus tax here. Cheapest they will do. The dealer today said they might drop them lower due to this stop sale, but he didn’t know anything for sure.

No. They have a very small county tax they charge in addition, but less than 60 bucks. Mine was 43.
