I can tell you that local new car dealerships and powersport dealerships are starting to get more and more inventory on the lot. Used units are also starting to sit longer and have price drops. So if you’re talking SxS or new vehicle prices….”sale prices” are coming again.

Just saw an ad last night for 8k off a Ram 1500. Wasn’t paying attention to model details or anything but that’s the first big discount ad I’ve seen in probably two years. Most of the sale ads I’ve seen in those two years have been 2,500 or less.

What ya think, are prices gonna stay where they are or think they will come down?
They will Definitely come back down I was talking to my dealer and was told that 40 people who had deposits down, walked away from their Jet Skis from August to September. Consumer confidence is dropping, prices will follow
just my $0.02 (not adjusted for inflation)

A dealer UP by me has a new P1K5, P1K6, T1KX and a pair of RMAXs on the showroom floor, at MSRP. Thats the most inventory he's had in 2yrs or more

Depends on your definition of down…pre covid values….not likely ever.

Not possible when wages, materials and every other input has increased year over year.

Finding a used vehicle of reasonable shape is still beyond insane.

The price of what? I’m pretty sure the Pioneer 1000 with all the recent upgrades is gonna command MSRP into the foreseeable future. But gas for it is down currently. All the cheap Chinese stuff seems to be, well Cheap, if your into that sorta cheap.

Gas is still over $ 3.00 here. What concerns me is diesel prices, that's still high, if it was around $ 2.00 I would feel better.
Yeah back 3yrs ago when I was paying $2.60 for diesel. Then they shut the lines down and stopped drilling in the US. Then they blame the war in Ucrane 🤣 Of corse when your relying on Fordeners oil! Duhhh

Well my diesel here is still $5.49
So This year! Still high from sippy cups stroke of the pin 😂
3 yrs ago was low.
If you break it down diesel is the life blood of the US economy, trains, trucks, jets and construction equipment all use it. When it goes up so does inflation for the consumer products. DUGH!

See that green option there on the left......that is the vital blood of our economy! $2 freakin dollars higher than regular unleaded! Now I am definitely not an economist by any means and for that matter never will be, but I can tell you that never in my 20+ years of driving trucks, and owning a truck and trailer that I have never seen anything close to that price difference. That price right there is almost single handedly the reason for price increases on literally everything! In 2018, 19, and 20 the cost of fuel for me to operate my rig was about $1700 per week. Now to operate on fuel alone is roughly around $3500 a week. Guess who is paying for that extra money spent every week......you the consumer, myself included. And the overwhelming majority don't even have a damn clue!

Local Jeep dealer with add offering $5000 off new Grand Cherokee's. Companies laying off and shutting down everwhere. It's just a matter of time. At some point you'll be able to find a brand new used one someone bought and wants to sell cheap. I but a 2021 model and know I paid to much but I sold my old unit for way to much so it evened out.
