if you don't have power steering, then don't go wider in the front, 2" spacers made it more stable after can am shocks in the front and a 2" spacer in the rear for now. i would like to go 27" but it barely fits inside my trailer.

I meant the height of the buggy not the width...lol the roof barely fits under the slide down bed in my restored 5th wheel

I have 27" tires in 5+2 wheels. Can I add 1.5" spacers on front and 2" on back or is that asking for problems?

I run 27s on factory wheels with no offset. Zero power loss that I've noticed, no stability issues and no rubbing. Picked up a couple inches in height as well.

I have 27" tires on 12" wheels now. I would like to add spacers but not sure it's a good idea with wheels already have 5+2 offset

If you tow anything of any considerable weight then you will bog down towing hills with 27s, If you go wider in the front especially with no power steering you will loose some maneuverability while cornering at faster speeds, there is a reason they are skinny in the front. Even though its more of a slower utility sxs some of us like to step on the gas now and then.

I wouldnt IMO . I run the same setup as you and mine is up hill , down hill in the mountains and stability is fine.
