Some guys are running 28" Bighorns on 14" wheels and no problem.
How much PSI is in the Tires? Also what kind of wheels are they & the offset of the wheels?

I bet you its those wheels man. They are something like 3.5+3.5. You would think is they stick out further they would rub less but thats not true at all, it forces the outer rear edge of the tire to rub the inner fender when fully turned the direction of that particular tire providing that you also have a large enough tire.

As far as how to fix it, I'm sorry but I don't think I can help. I would probably figure out how to rig it to make it work on my machine, but that's bad advice. The good news is that the problem has been identified so you can move forward with suggestions on what to do. The real answer is the one you don't want to hear I'm afraid and it rhymes with "mange the schmeels".

I have tried this on an Atv before. Wished I had not. It did not turn out well. But plastic has changed a lot since then.

LouisianaMarine said the best answer.

I just put a set of 27 inch GBC dirt tamer tires on the factory rims and it looks bad ass and it does not rub. I have the 2 seat pioneer in green.

I'd call the dealer before I done any kind of mods. It's not your fault that it rubs.

Honda of Russellville took care of the problem. Replaced the tires and wheels with the ones of my choice.

Awesome news.
Been following them online. They seem like a good group.
What did you go with. 7 inch wheels?
