Hey nice looking rig! I just got a 2017 Wildcat Trail 700 myself. Love it so far. Thats great work you're doing to that thing.I bought a 4x8 sheet of 1/4" HDPE today and made a roof for the Wildcat today. The wife wanted something to be out of the sun and a little protection. This should do the trick. Formed 2 edges for a windshield visor and to match the rear roof slope. Made my own tune clamps with shrink wrap and conduit clamps. Not bad for under $100 and I used less than half the sheet. Also added 2 spot lights.
Started with the flat sheet

I've been impressed with this machine. It really is fun. My wife, maybe not so much. Upgrades are likely coming as selling it has gone no where.I've come across a 2015 Wildcat Trail, with 450 miles on it. Guy used it for a couple runs, then hurt his back at work and it just sat in his garage since then. I'm getting tired of running the Pioneer 500 balls to the wall to still always be last and beat up, and tired of the engine screaming in my ears. Time to get into something sporty and have a more relaxed ride.

Very NICE door build!
My buddy really praised the bandit springs.Installed the Super ATV Easy Steer kit today. Awesome! It was about a 2.5 hour job and it steers with half the effort of my Pioneer. Really a huge difference.

Next up, looking at rear springs. Would be nice to get a softer single rate spring. Looking at Eibach, QA1 and around on the wildcat pages. I think I'm going to be 240-260lbs/in. Springs are 2.5" ID and 14" long. Looking to eliminate the rear coil bind in the progressive rate
