With the rack and pinion steering I was wondering what's under the bellows? I need to adjust my Toe-In and the outer looks pretty self explanatory, however the inner is not. Do I just loosen the outer bellows clamp and the outer tie rod end jam nut and start adjusting, or is there another jam nut under the bellows?

Thanks in advance.

Loosen the jam not and then put a wrench on the tire rod and start twisting the tire rod. There is no reason to remove the boot from the other side of the tire rod.
