P1000m5 Transmission Not Engaging

I'm having a problem with my 2016 p1000m5. The engine runs fine. It shifts into gear fine (through either the AT or the MT), but when I let go of the brake now, to to engage the throttle, it just dies. Every time.
My fluid levels are up. It acts like a kill switch but I can't figure out what is going on.
Any ideas?
