You have some esplaing to do!

Since my injury I had a friend start working on re-wiring the whole thing. He hasn’t been making it a priority since I can’t ride anyways. But I will he pushing him some this coming week. Ready to get back out there soon I hope.

I’ve been so ashamed of my wiring job over the past two years and I finally convinced someone to give me a hand and straightening it all out.

Early in Travellers life the wiring job started out nice and neat and my intentions were to keep it that way.

This picture shows a lot of the accessories under the hood and it was still somewhat organized.

After too many late nights in the shop getting ready for a ride the following morning, I would add stuff to the pioneer in a lazy fashion. It went down hill over the past few years.....

This has inspired me to clean mine up as I started with the same intentions as you. It's quickly headed toward looking like your first few pics now though. Where is your fuse block mounted?

It’s in the circle part tucked underneath. It looks like it would be a hassle to get to but it’s not really that bad. The screws go through the side of the glove box to hold it in place.

It’s been a little bit since an update. Got some big changes coming. I’m doing the SNW long arm kit.

It’s a lot of work and customizing but should be worth it.

Everything is being changed.

Stock a-arm mounts are being removed and replaced.

Much larger ball joints that screw in/out. Same size top and bottom. Also have zerks

18 heims joints for suspension and steering.

YXZ shocks with dual coils and crossover rings up front should provide 17” of travel. Shocks front and rear must be resprung, revalved.

RZR 900xp shocks out back with dual coils should be about 15” travel limited due to the back seats won’t allow much up travel.

No more wheel spacers and 5-1 wheels means easier steering and less wear on the bearings

72.5” width is what we’re shooting for

Wheels base will be stretched about 5-6”.

SATV rhino 2.0’s all around.

New upper shock mounts out back and front upper shock mounts beefed up.

And lastly for now, a couple new RC lights up front. These three small spot beam light bars should be great. Pics below show stock head lights and then the 3 light bars

I’ve admired Snuffs Rig look and performance since he added long travel to it! This is one mod that I would definitely love! Can’t wait to watch it in action👍
