Under seat storage with washer tank??

I'm just wondering if anyone has put under seat storage with a washer fluid tank?? I'm just looking for ideas. It would work if I cut the bin in half , but i don't know how i would mount it so it wouldn't move. And I want it to be clean and not cobbled.

Someone put the washer tank under the center portion of the seat. So it's sort of heated in winter time as well.
