Think I found a simple cheap solution to the unlit factory switches and not being able to find them in the dark. Picked up a $12.99 4inch marine led in blue. Wired it in and used Velcro strip to attach it behind the rear view mirror so it would be out of line of the driver and passenger line of sight. Doesn't seem to reflect of the windshield enough to notice. Wasn't dark enough to fully test, but pretty hopeful it will work well.
