Sick of waiting, the lack of caring from Honda. The sloppy build, and dealer prep issues.

Been a Honda fan my whole life, sold and repaired Honda products for 35 years.

Just bought my first Yamaha.

Very nice machines. Honestly, if I were to do it again, I think I'd get the X2. The only thing I don't like is the CVT...and by that, I don't mean the belt drive, but the constant higher RPM that comes with them. I like to short shift stuff and keep the rpm low when I can.

Yeah, I hear you, at least it has a high/low gear range. We will see how it goes.

Agree on the RPM on the belt! I can just about have enough of it on our sleds, and we have snowmobile helmets on when riding that helps with the deafening sound. I drove a members KRX for 30 miles once and boy i was glad to give that back lol.

Was interested in the RMAX as well, but it seems they are still having some teething problems with it.

It came out in September of 20', it's still too new.

I have watched lots of videos on the X2 and it seems they have had about 5 years with that model.

The biggest complaint I've seen about them is the door bolsters making it hard to get in and out, but that was fixed for 21.

The old videos on youtube show the evolution of the X2.

They have made a large number of improvents over the years both structural and performance wise.

The comments and reviews are always excellent.

Iniitial thoughts:

Way more comfortable than the P500, seats, pedals, everything.

Plastics not quite as nice as Honda.

Suspension is plush, I was told they are set stiff. But rides like a cadilac.

Vision over the front is excellent. Feels like theere is no nose.

Wish the dump bed tilted further, hard to reach the engine and oil res.
