Not even! But I can't imagine an amplifier being totally waterproof as being sealed means it wouldn't cool properly. Amps generate a lot of heat and you would either trip the thermal circuit constantly or just cook the amp.

It sounds great, very pleased for sure. It throws the sound down to the passengers so you easily here it over the engine. It comes with a lot of options. I liked this over other audio roofs. It sits flush and the customer support was fantastic
