Sorry! 😀 It is called a Sous Vide....it's basically a water bath way to get your meat to your desired temperature then finish it off on the grill. I have never used one. I guy was telling me all about them and my wife heard me talking about it. So her and the boys got it for me. We do a lot meat around our house. You are also supposed to be able to take a completely frozen steak to a perfect temp quickly which helps us, since we get a half a beef on a regular basis that is frozen. We will see! Its supposed to be awesome!🤷‍♂️

I have a pellet smoker and a gas grill. My favorite way to do steaks:

Pellet smoker @ 225 for about 40 min (or 90 deg internal.)

Then straight to the gas grill, preheated and ready to go. Sear 3 min or so per side. Proper rest, then serve.
