Seems like winter came early this yr, haven't had to plow yet but wanted Ironsides ready for duty. Put the full windshield on, put the roller fairlead back on, took off the synthetic rope and added a KFI plow strap. Also added a piece of conveyor belt to the plow edge. $85 for a 4"x 66" pc. This sh** is super dense reinforced rubber and 1" thick. Rides about 1/2" below the steel edge so I'm hoping it'll help glide over the control joints in my concrete a little better.

Surely you did not neglect to winterize the nerf bars.

I normally plow with the honda rubicon, tried the p520 out today, and man is it super nice to not be in the elements! The rubicon might never get used again! Only reason might be for a huge snowfall, as it has a v plow on it

Nice set-up. It's been decades since I've used a snow plow and it was with a full size PU. Do you run any Ballast/Weight in the bed to offset the plow overhanging the front? Traction issues with the rear tires?

I’ve used conveyor belt to line a drainage ditch, agree it is tough stuff like a tire thread. You should have enough for many years ahead. Do I see a Quick shield for plows in your future??
