P1000 what pod lights are you using?

I would like to get a set of 4 pod lights for my p1000-5 2 for the front and 2 for the back for ice fishing at night... I do not want 400.00 rigid lights and I do want the 14.99 special cheap units...somewhere in between that throws a good beam of spot and flood with not too much dark spots or shadows...

I understand that You don't want the Rigid lights and they are expensive But in my opinion they are worth it, they are extremely tough and very bright and guaranteed for life, I have some friends that have light bars that are not as bright as these Rigid cubes,,,

I can vouch for these cubes. I've had them for a couple years and they are bright and still working. You are right about the $14 specials. They won't last.

I bought pairs of the Rigid cubes for $150 on Amazon. Pretty decent deal at $75 each. Link

I used a brand called Aurora on my boat. Aurora Link. They are about $65 each and serviceable and seem to last. But they’re not as good as the Rigid. For $10 more each I’d go Rigid all day.

hey todd, question for you... i was going to get the rc like you have....2 in front and 2 in back... do you have a switch for each set on your dash?
also one for the light bar? maybe i do not need the light bar after all..

If you’re asking me... I have my rear lights on a reverse switch sold thru the site store. Whenever I put it into reverse the back lights come on.
This is my previous setup..

Hey JTW! What did you do to get your gear selector letters to stand out in white? Paint them or is it a sticker? Then looks like you changed it and maybe put a SS cover on there. Either one I likey a lot! Please elaborate!
