That is a really old video. They now use a spring tension delphoid on those and it takes away most of the undulation. I think that way Honda technologies that added that.

While a spring loaded delphoid looks to be a viable solution for added stability and power handling, it doesn't provide adequate sinusoidal damping for high power applications. For that a comparatively simple fragnoid, on each side of the main thrust arm fork, is the preferred solution.

Maybe the the old Vacuum Operated Throttle Modulator can be used. They use to get the job done if memory serves....

With all the mechanical aptitude fairly pouring forth from the posts here on "Honda SXS", as from a forgotten oil plug, one would think there'd be more input here! All those brain cells churning away and only generating Btu's?? Oh the shame of it all!
