I store mine in a Leonard Building, no electric to it , no battery tender. But I ride mine year around. Never had any cold weather start up problems. Both the 5W-30 and the 0W-30 are JASO MA rated.

Ok..........that won’t affect the solar powered tender/charge controller.Monday morning it was at 30 degrees in WV.
I just bought a new battery and put it on my tender, but it never reaches the float charge. What could be the problem?I have a boat, two tractors, two SXS’s, ranch truck and toy hauler all on these.

I’m not sure about that. Is it a .75 amp tender?I just bought a new battery and put it on my tender, but it never reaches the float charge. What could be the problem?
Either will work. I’ve installed a 10 position grounding bar on mine that I run everything from. Also, thinking about moving the tender pigtail from the battery to the winch contactor. Should I attach the negative to the negative post or to the frame?
Its 900ma... which I guess is .90 amps?I’m not sure about that. Is it a .75 amp tender?
That’s the electric one I use and mine gets to float. You know you’ve got a good battery and you’ve checked the tenders output with a meter presumably??Its 900ma... which I guess is .90 amps?
My meter's dead, so I'll do that as soon I get it straightened out. I know new batteries can be bad, but it cranks strong and starts within one or two seconds. But as soon as I get a good meter, I'll check battery and tender and go from there. Thanks for your help. That’s the electric one I use and mine gets to float. Good luck with that, hope it works out because tenders are great. My meter's dead, so I'll do that as soon I get it straightened out.
