Too late... you already said down to -18C... that's swimmin' weather! How about us Canucks? I'm about 125 miles North from where that video was taken!
That fricken cold! Just think of all the money you could save by moving South, you wouldn't have to buy winter apparel, just wear your summer duds!-19F is barely jacket weather.
At -18, where you going to find any open water?Too late... you already said down to -18C... that's swimmin' weather!
I would move south to warmer climates, if there was a place that had lakes like we do. The closest I could get is WI, or MN, and then I'd be in the same winter situation I'm in right now! That fricken cold! That's an interesting point. Maybe I'm exaggerating a little. At -18, where you going to find any open water?
Been through Minnesota several times on the way to Canada, beautiful country, once you get North of St. Paul! Been on several fly out fishing trips in Canada to remote lakes. When in the air you can understand how powerful the glaciers were when they melted, most of the lakes in Canada run North to South carved by the glaciers.I would move south to warmer climates, if there was a place that had lakes like we do.
