possibly. I wouldn't get rid of the p1k5 and I would want a 500 first and it would HAVE to be a short 4 seater at least I wouldn't spend that much and leave my family at home. If it were a four seat then we could ride well over ten of us at once I just might be down!

only if there is a 4-5 seat version that maintains the same wheel base. this was a major selling point for my 1000 was that i could have 4 passengers, yet still maintain trail maneuverability.

Will I buy one, No, cant afford another and no room for it anyways and not enough riding opportunities in my area. Would I like to have one YES! If I have to pick one or the other, which is reality for me, I'll keep my p1000-3 thanks.

Depends on what it offers.

If it still has some utility value of some sort and brings some really awesome things to the table, maybe.

If it is the Honda equivalent of the RZR or the YZX. Then it really won't be anything I am interested in other than its value in "pushing the envelope" (hopefully) and dragging some other models/manufacturers along with it.

I do like the name though. Reminds me of High School.

If it's a bit sportier than the 1000, IE: better suspension, bit more power, still has room for 4 or more. Yes otherwise no.

Sure - I'd like a couple of improvements already mentioned (suspension, lower gear) - but why would they do that? I'm guessing there will be other changes that I wont like. They're gonna try to open a new niche market to steal away popo clients - not steal from the P1k market.

I would doubt seriously if they went the commander route, I feel the 1000-5 surpasses the commander type machines easily.

I always read this site in southern accent! Everyone is southern from me and it makes the words much more interesting for me to read like that. It's my escape from the stuffy people.
