Tried searching for something similar on here. I am looking for what others have used or using to help protect their windshield from sticks and branches out on the trail. I was thinking about getting some CB antennas and running them from the roof to the bumper on each side, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Saw pick of a rig on the forum that had cables vs the antennas. If you do it post pics. Thinking about installing something myself.

I also use the cord going over the roof. I’m hoping that the cord will break before it tears up something else like a steel cable. Of course it’s not gonna be as strong as steel cable but it seems to work pretty good.

Chopping the cage 4 1/2 inches down helps make the angle of the cord better!

Where do you tie it off in the back?
