P1000 Wire/plug id help

Was planning out my wiring setup for lights etc and noticed a wire. Anyone know what the wire on the right is for? Looks like a sparkplug boot on the end... wire is on the right side in the picture.

2017 and newer are pre wired for a winch ground.
