Anyone running 2+5 offset on all 4 corners?
Trying to punch out the wheels for stability as much as possible, would rather run more offset than spacers.
Also planning on 30x10-12 Interforce all the way around, planning on a frame mod at least.
Planning on cutting up the frame on a brand new 2021 520 :)

The tires in question
Only issue id be worried about that big on a p520 is power loss. I had 28’s on my old p5 and it dragged a bit. Id also check the weight with the steel rim and tire. Also unless your planing on building a long travel suspension, your gona need spacers. Its not a bad thing.
@trigger put some bigger tires on and i believe a tuner to get it right. Maybe he can give u some insight.

PS, did u get your machine? Any pics?

amazon and others do not show the correct item ever. here is a 5+2 in black, and a 2+5 in silver to show the difference. 2+5's will get you some good width.

Might wanna add some spacers too. Seems tippy even with the offset rims

Not sure if frame mod will be enough because all tires are different when mounted up. Loaded dimensions are all over the place. My 2-5's (28x12 MudLites) are on the rear for a couple weeks right now for late season snowrunnin. 59" and weirdly stable. Way different than low 50s. Fronts are 10's on 4-3s (26.75 actual) and slightly rub unmodded frame. Someone else could have a 28 on a 5-2 and not rub so who knows???? trigger's 28s look big and he did the forward arms to compensate. Keep your goggles handy if poking your head out with 2-5s on the front!

5+2 with 2" spacer would equal 3+4, wonder if that extra inch of offset would make rubbing worse or better?

I had to cut the frame ends... first week of ownership I think, Also, when the tires are new they can touch the front fenderwell plastic at lock, and the tube/cage that is in the wheel arch. Not enough to concern me, but if packed with mud it can rub the paint off that tube.

Those tires are 41 lbs each, my 28’s are 42 lbs and if I shop on a steep hill or in thick mud it has a hard time getting them going again. I’m about to install a gear reduction to help it.

Had to modify frame and that part was easy.
Modifying floorboards were a bear.
Then the mud was slinging Everywhere so had to modify Jeep flares to keep the mud out of the machine.
Sometimes it's just Not worth the trouble.
Oh, KILLED the power too!!!
