Just pulled the trigger on 4 Bear Claw HTR’s 27x9x12 with a pair of ITP Deltas 4+3 for rear and a pair 5+2 for front…should be square if not a hair wider in back…I’ll post up pics after I receive them and get em mounted up

Found my post from when I installed.
53.5, square stance with 9s front, 12s rear.

There's some poke there though. Will throw some mud.
I added Mudbusters, which put my plastics at 56".
Made the rear look odd, so I added 1" spacers to the rear.
She ain't 50" no more, but she's a goat!

Curious as to how you're measuring your stance? With 5+2's and 10" wide tires, I'm at roughly 55" depending on the day. I'm measuring mine in the garage with a level at the very bottom of the bulge. Then rolling it back and taking my measurement. Had 1" spacers on the front and I was at 57", too wide for me.

That would be too wide for me as well; almost may as well buy a 60" machine at that point.

Measured from sidewall to sidewall, as I recall. My rear plastics are now at 56" with the Mudbusters, and even with 11s and 1" spacers on the back I'm still inside the plastics.

Once I get them and get them mounted up I’ll measure the same way

I should be even narrower with the 9’s and no spacers

I'd have to go back and look at old posts to see where I was with the different setups. I want to say with 5+2's and 26x9 I was at 54" in the front. The rear was close enough to even running 11's. With same size on all four I had to put 1" spacers on the rear to even the track width.

Perhaps it's a function of sidewall strength and/or total weight of the machine (no offense! 😀).
