P500 2018 pioneer 500 wont shift

I have a 2018 pioneer 500 won't shift into reverse electric or manual can get it into 1& 2 only, tried doing the clutch adjustment and can't get the nut loose without the stud moving

Soak it with PB blaster, let it soak a while. Regardless if the adjustment is the problem, it needs to be loose for future adjustments. Any codes displayed on dash?
