I'm looking for some suggestions of places to stay for this event. What do yal reccomend? I would assume as close as possible to avoid any unnecessary hauling

Eagle Rock Resort and campground is affiliated with Royal Blue, I know they still have vacancy. Just call Ride Royal Blue Resort, one call can make reservations at any of the three closest campgrounds.
